Dear NASCAR Civil Air Terminal User:

The Delaware River & Bay Authority welcomes your planned arrival for the upcoming NASCAR race events scheduled May 30th, 31st and June 1st at the Dover International Speedway. The Dover Air Force Base (KDOV) requires the issuance of a Prior Permission Control Number and adherence to the Mandatory Enhanced Security Procedures (MESP) prior to your arrival. Adherence to the MESP in addition to guidelines established by the Transportation Security Administration will ensure the safety of your passengers into Dover. Issuance of a PPR for landing at the Dover Air Force Base may be obtained by faxing the attached arrival request form to (302) 736-3673 or by e-mailing dov-cat@drba.net with the aircraft’s arrival information. Additionally, arrival documents and information may be downloaded at the Dover Civil Air Terminal’s website; www.catatdover.com. Instrument Approach Procedures for Dover Air Force Base are available for download on www.Fltplan.com or www.Airnav.com. If you have any questions, please contact staff at (302) 736-6614. Ground handling and fueling services will be provided by Atlantic Aviation, ILG. A schedule of Atlantic’s handling fees and minimum fuel purchase is attached. For questions regarding aircraft services, please contact them directly at (302) 328-9695. There is an assessed airport landing fee of $75 that will be collected by the FBO. As a reminder, the Authority’s general aviation airport; Delaware Airpark (33N) is available as a public-use alternative with no prior permission requirements.
